I see my Wearable Art as a chance to bring out those things in women that are beautiful and unique. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to see the smile on a woman's face when she first looks in the mirror wearing one of my pieces.

Wurman Designs is the creation of Reven T.C. Wurman, a photographer and designer (Wurman Studios). I discovered photography and jewelry at around the same time, but it took years, a new passion for blowing glass, and a patient girlfriend for me to return to the craft.

All the jewelry is handmade in my SoHo, NY studio. The glass I use is 'borosilicate', stronger, and lighter in weight and look than regular glass.

The gemstones, with the exception of the Cubic Zirconia, are all real semiprecious gems. The pearls are cultured freshwater pearls.

I hope that you enjoy the designs that I have created as much as I do. I love making my art, hopefully as much as you will like wearing my jewelry. I wear it myself!
